The Dacono Police Department is aggressively seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Police Officer. This application process will fill one position. The application deadline is Friday June 6, 2014 at 5:00 pm. The base starting salary is $41,500 and may be higher dependent upon years of experience. 4/10 work schedule. 


Minimum Qualifications

Minimum qualifications for Police Officer include 21 years of age; high school diploma, valid Colorado driver’s license at time of appointment; current Colorado POST basic certification or eligibility to obtain Colorado POST basic certification if certified in another state; and an ability to successfully complete a structured hiring process. The position will require the successful completion of the Department’s Field Training and Evaluation Program.
