Police Officer: The Dacono Police Department is aggressively seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Police Officer. Public Works Supervisor: The City of Dacono is seeking a full-time, Public Works Supervisor. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: under general direction of the Public Works Manager; plans, coordinates, supervises and evaluates personnel and the activities involved in the operation, maintenance and repair of the water distribution system, street maintenance, storm drainage systems, irrigation systems, park facilities, vehicle maintenance and assists in annual budget preparation. Responsibilities also include responding to emergency after-hour calls and mandatory on-call rotation. The complete job description and application for employment are below. Applicant must possess a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement. Applicant will need to be certified in water distribution (Class II) within two test cycles from the date of hire. Hourly wage is $24.23 - $36.35 depending on experience, plus full benefits.
