Applications are required and must be approved prior to work being started. Once an applicant is approved, they must find a licensed contractor to complete the work and pay for services rendered. Participants will then get reimbursement up to the $400.00 amount. Any cost over the reimbursement amount will not be covered by the program.
For anyone renting a house or apartment, a property owner consent form will be required, as not all rental circumstances are eligible.
